Robb & Lulu

The Role

I worked closely with Robb & Lulu Zagame across their eCommerce and digital marketing, helping manage and grow their Shopify presence across multiple brands.

While my role was centred around digital marketing and project management, it naturally expanded into website design, content, and performance. I was responsible for both the day-to-day running of the site as well as leading larger projects that supported growth.

The Areas I worked On:

• Managing a catalogue of 7000+ products, including tagging, collections, imagery, and product descriptions

• Designing and building Shopify templates and landing pages across Robb & Lulu, Stardust Crew, Lulu Zagame, and Halo & Hutch

• Leading the rebrand and full redesign of Robb & Lulu’s Shopify website

• Migrating 7000+ products from Robb & Lulu to Stardust Crew’s Shopify store

• Setting up Klaviyo email automations for a database of 5000+ subscribers

• Supporting performance through website optimisation, Meta ads, and email marketing

The Outcome:
Through a combination of website improvements, paid ads, and email marketing, I increased Robb & Lulu’s online sales from $23k/month to $40k/month within 60 days.

The website rebrand also contributed to a 30% increase in overall online sales, helping set a stronger foundation for ongoing growth.
